Born on a mountaintop in Tennessee...wait...wrong guy.  Hi there, I'm Billy and you've found the bio page.  If you're here, you must want to know more about the man that is...me.

I was born at an early age in Glendale, AZ.  I was raised in a Christian home, and by that I mean that my parents were Christians.  (I don't think the house had any religious affiliation.) God has blessed me with incredible parents, and two older sisters who taught me a lot about life.  They were instrumental in my becoming who I am today.  In fact, if it weren't for them, I would be an only child.

Comedy has been a part of my life for many years.  (It is much like a unibrow.  You may not think about it everyday, but it's there and people notice.)  You see, my head grew before the rest of my body (see picture) and so people laughed at me a lot.  Granted, I assumed it was due to my clever wit and my great sense of humor, but it was merely because they called me balloon head...and that my initials are b.o.  (yeah yeah...laugh it up chuckle bucket)

I performed in church and school plays for many years, and in high school pursued musical theater.  I performed for the Waxahachie Community Theater and had the privilege to play some really fun roles.  (Will Parker in "Oklahoma", Rooster in "Annie", Barnaby Tucker in "Hello Dolly", Albert  P. Doolittle in "My Fair Lady" and several others)

On a mission trip to Australia, I really felt God calling me to do something more.  So, I took up shark wrestling.  When I was released from the hospital, I decided to find out what it was that God wanted me to do.  I began teaching Sunday School and discovered a love for teaching the Word.

I began using the passion for humor and the love of teaching together and God has blessed me.  In 2001, I was able to travel with a Christian creative ministry company called "Puppet Productions".  I was part of a three-man team that went to over 28 states and taught at over 75 different churches.

I became a youth minister in Maypearl, Texas, the summer of 2003. In October of 2003, I was asked to travel to Brazil with  Fellowship Church of Grapevine to serve as the creative ministry team leader.

I've been married a little over 2 years to the beautiful Miss Ashley Blevins.  She is an amazing woman and she makes me happy!!

My goal is not only to entertain, but to present Biblical truth in fun, exciting ways.  I love to joke around and make people laugh, but I also really enjoy teaching.  In spite of what you may be thinking this very moment, I do possess the ability to be serious.

So there you have it. That's my life in a text box! (it wouldn't fit in a nutshell on account of my big head.)
